- S.A.M.M. is available in
DOS and Windows formats. Either version of the program
offers these features:
- Easy storage and retrieval
of manuscript information. Keep a complete submission and
publication history of everything you write.
- Easy-to-use Market database.
Quickly enter information about your favorite publishers,
editors, and agents.
- Flexibility. S.A.M.M.
stores everything that happens to your manuscript using
an Event database. The Event database grows to fill your
needs.
- Reminders. Any Event can
have a reminder attached to it. Each time you run S.A.M.M.,
you can ask it to check for pending reminders.
- Comprehensive reporting.
Any information you store in S.A.M.M. can be printed
using one of the built-in report formats. (You can even print
lists of your reminders.)
- Searching. Using the
simple S.A.M.M. search utilities, you can create custom lists
of Manuscripts, Markets, or Events which match criteria you
set. The results of your searches can be printed as reports.
- Help. Both versions of
S.A.M.M. come with context-sensitive Help systems.
